Canada

1. Allergen: undeclared milk in Bingquan brand Ladies’ Soy Drink. Distributed in Ontario.

United States of America

1. Microbiological: Listeria monocytogenes in Uoriki Fresh, Inc. Octopus Salad. Distributed to one Wegmans Food Market store in Manalapan, NJ.

2. Microbiological: Salmonella in Thomas Produce Cucumbers. Sold to distributors in Florida and Georgia.

3. Discoloration of admixture in PharMEDium Norepinephrine Bitartrate (16mcg/mL) added to 0.9% Sodium Chloride in 250mL Viaflex Bag and 8mg Norepinephrine Bitartrate (32mcg/mL) added to 0.9% Sodium Chloride in 250mL Viaflex Bag. Distributed Nationwide.
