Dr. Judy Stone

Dr. Stone is an Infectious Disease specialist, experienced in conducting clinical research and the author of Conducting Clinical Research, the essential guide to the topic. Judy has survived 25 years in solo practice in rural Cumberland, Maryland, and now works part time as an Infectious Diseases locum tenens physician. She especially loves writing about ethical issues, and tilting at windmills as she advocates for social justice. As part of Dr. Stone’s overall desire to save the world when she grows up, Judy has become particularly interested in neglected tropical diseases. In her next life, she would love to teach overseas.
