Lauren N Hunt, PharmD, BCIDP

Lauren Hunt is an infectious diseases (ID) pharmacist who has dedicated her career to antimicrobial and diagnostic stewardship. She serves as bioMérieux’s Director of Antimicrobial Stewardship for the Western US and her primary role focuses on continuously improving the value of diagnostics from bench to bedside. She supports the development, deployment, and ongoing customer engagement of the Clarion visual analytics platform, thereby helping customers leverage data to guide decisions and impact patient care. Lauren received her Bachelors in Human Nutrition and Doctorate of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University. She stayed at Ohio State’s Wexner Medical Center to complete a PGY1 General Practice Residency and PGY2 Specialty Practice Residency in Infectious Diseases. Lauren is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacotherapeutics and Clinical Research at the University of South Florida.
