Priya Dhagat, MS, MLS(ASCP) CM, CIC, CHEP is an Infection Preventionist and the Associate Director of the System-wide Special Pathogens Program within the Department of Emergency Management at New York City Health + Hospitals, overseeing special pathogen preparedness and response efforts across New York City Health + Hospitals frontline healthcare facilities. Priya holds a Master of Science degree in Infectious Diseases from Drexel University College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Texas State University. She holds certifications in medical laboratory science, infection prevention and control, and healthcare emergency preparedness.
