- Allergen: undeclared wheat in Merilin brand Black pepper powder. Distributed in Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Quebec.
- Allergen: undeclared almond in Gelato Fresco brand Toasted Hazelnut Dairy Ice. Distributed in Nova Scotia and Ontario.
- Microbiological: potential Listeria monocytogenes in Isle of Kintyre and Inverloch cheeses imported from Scotland. Distributed in Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, Possibly National, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.
United States of America:
- Allergen: undeclared cashew and almond in Raley’s Frozen Sweet Pumpkin Ravioli.
- High amounts of Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) in Glades Drugs Compounded Multivitamins. Distributed Nationwide.
- Microbiological: potential Salmonella in one lot of Blue Buffalo Company Cub Size Wilderness Wild Chews Bones. Distributed in California, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
- Allergen: undeclared almond and cashew in Bertagni fresh Sweet Butternut Squash Ravioli and Meijer frozen Butternut Squash Ravioli. Meijer product was distributed in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
- Microbiological: potential coli0157:H7 in various Taylor Farms Pacific, Inc. Celery Products. Distributed in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming,
