2. Allergen: undeclared milk in Theo Salted Almond 70% Dark Chocolate. Distributed in AZ, CA, CO, GA, IA, ID, FL, MI, MT, ND, NH, OR, NJ, NY, PA, TX, WA, and WI.

3. Microbiological: Listeria monocytogenes in Agave Dream Cappuccino Ice Cream. Distributed nationwide.

4. Allergen: Undeclared Milk and unallowed color Ponceau 4R (E124) in Peony Mark Brand Biscuits. Distributed nationwide.

5. Potential presence of plastic and/or metal pieces in Hy-Vee No-Salt-Added-Black Beans. Distributed in IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, NE, SD, and WI.

6. Allergen: Undeclared pecans in GFS Honey Roasted Peanuts. Distributed in FL, MA, MI, OH, and PA.
