Ruth Valverde

After completing her studies in nursing at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro Ruth became a staff nurse at the Municipal Health Center in Rio de Janeiro. Ruth has spent the last ten years as a nurse specialist in Brazil specializing in dressing and treatments using hydrogel, amorphous gels, seaweed alginate, among others. Ruth has an International accreditation as an expert of Gneaupp_ Spain. With a focus in public health, her research focuses on improving healing times with little to no infections. Working with researchers and the latest technologies, Ruth aims to create a change in Brazil and worldwide.
